Resource License

Free to use. Just give credit.

Everything on this site is free for teachers and students. Here's what that means in practice - and what I ask in return.

The short version

What you can and can't do

You can

Use any resource in your classroom - worksheets, guides, slides, practice problems

Share resources with students, parents, and other teachers

Copy individual questions or sections for quizzes, handouts, and assignments

Adapt or modify resources to fit your class - as long as you credit the original

Post resources on your school's LMS (Google Classroom, Canvas, etc.)

You can't

Sell these resources or include them in paid products or courses

Remove or obscure the attribution line on full documents

Republish resources as your own without crediting the original

Use resources for commercial tutoring businesses or test prep companies

Attribution

How to give credit

Attribution doesn't have to be complicated. Here's what works depending on how you're using the resource:

Using a full document (PDF, slides, worksheet)
The attribution line is already in the document footer — no action needed. Just don't remove it.
Copying one question or section
Add a note nearby: "Adapted from charlesdwang.com" or "Source: Charles D. Wang (charlesdwang.com)"
Sharing digitally (email, LMS, social)
Include the URL: charlesdwang.com — or just share the original link from this site.
Modifying or adapting a resource
Note that it was adapted: "Adapted from Charles D. Wang (charlesdwang.com) · CC BY-NC 4.0"

What's on every document

The attribution line
